I have been selected provisionally to register Ph.D course. I am not in a position to complete the First Doctoral Committee meeting within the prescribed date. What shall I do?

The First Doctoral Committee meeting should be completed within one month on receipt of the official admission letter with prior intimation to Director (Research) failing which Ph.D provisional registration will be liable for cancellation.
