The Sathyabama Alumni Association (SAA) aims to build a vibrant community of alumni to provide mutually beneficial relationships. The Sathyabama Alumni Network encourages and provides opportunities for lifelong engagement with the university and its robust alumni community. Our series of events brings our diverse and dynamic alumni group together to celebrate and collaborate, no matter where you are in life or the world.
The Sathyabama Alumni Network also conducts various social activities for the benefit of society, such as tree planting, visits to orphanages and schools, etc. Sathyabama has produced global leaders, scientists, entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, artists, writers, and managers. The Sathyabama Alumni Association brings all these outstanding people and their collective wealth of knowledge and experience together on a single platform. They are contributing to our university’s success in a very large way.
- The contributions of expertise and time from our alumni have had a significant impact and helped the university undertake many initiatives. Alumni have consistently given back to the institute, and this has enabled the institute to undertake various initiatives that would otherwise not have been possible.
- Alumni help us get connected with their employers, whom we have made regular recruiters here at our university.
- Mock interviews have been conducted by the alumni to prepare their juniors to face the corporate challenge.
- Alumni mentor our students through the "Alumni Mentorship Programme" and guide them to success.
- Periodical guest lectures offered by the alumni through our "Alumni Lecture Series"
- Their expertise and in-depth knowledge in a specific domain made them part of our Board of Studies, and they have a voice in demanding certain subjects be part of our syllabus.
Alumni who have made prominent contributions in the fields of academics and research, corporate careers, entrepreneurship, and social development are honoured with the ‘Distinguished Alumni Award’ for the successful young alumni who have made significant strides in their field of expertise every year.
